Our experience and expertise in several disciplines such as process, electrical, mechanical and structural design, QHSE and risk management enable us to advise our clients or to provide services as well as personnel with high end competence, in the shortest time and at a very convenient rate.

Senior Partner // Health, Safety and Engineering
Mechanical Engineer (MSc) with more than 25 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the oil and gas, petrochemical, shipping, civil works and manufacturing industries with a deep knowledge in international health and safety standards. Roberto has broad experience as a corporate health and safety manager, health and safety strategy advisor and as a health and safety training course organiser. He is experienced in forensic engineering as Criminal Court advisor and independent advisor for criminal prosecutions in relation to occupational-related major and fatal injuries. Roberto is author of books on health and safety issues and an associate professor at the University of Ferrara, Italy, at the faculty of engineering for health and safety related matters.
Director // Environmental Assessment
Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in environmental consultancy, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and permitting of large projects in oil and gas, power, infrastructure and natural resources industries. Pietro has worked in the consultancy industry since 2001. Previous to that, he worked with oil and gas companies as an environmental, regulatory and stakeholder engagement specialist. Pietro is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Association of Environmental Engineers. He is certified by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) and is an environmental noise expert under Italian Law.
Associate // Oil and gas – Subsea – Decommissioning
Ronald has worked for over forty years in the Italian and International Offshore Oil Industry with experience in business development and project management of diving, ROV, marine, geophysical and geotechnical survey projects, oilfield support services and logistics including shipping and ship charter and offshore construction, inspection, installation and maintenance (IRM) services. Ronald holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.
Associate // Environmental Assessment Mining
Environmental consultant providing environmental support to clients for the last 10 years. Carl has led numerous multidisciplinary teams in providing successful Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), environmental permitting and management planning for complex projects, such as major infrastructure, mining or oil/gas projects. Carl manages stakeholder engagement activities including public consultation and discussions with relevant authorities. Carl is a specialist in compliance monitoring of mining activities and mine water discharge management, particularly acid drainage and active and passive treatment technologies. Carl has worked extensively in Mauritania, Armenia, Sudan, Romania, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Guinea Bissau.
Associate // Governance Risk and Compliance
Chemical Engineer with an MBA degree and more than 25 years’ experience in consulting services, dealing with compliance management systems (quality, environment and labour safety) and business process reengineering projects. Carlo spent five years as regional director of an international certification company, introducing risk-based approach to auditing processes and developing risk assessment techniques in compliance with ISO 31000 standard. Carlo is a specialist in integrating different risks scenarios within a common frame and common risk management processes.
Associate // Power and renewables – Due Diligences
Lorenzo has 15 years’ experience in the power sector, and has worked on project development and project transactions (buy and sell-side) both for conventional and renewable energies. Lorenzo worked as a consultant in Italy and UK. Before that, he worked for an energy company where he has dealt with operations and market access for electricity generated mainly through hydroelectric plants. Lorenzo’s current focus is on project development of conventional and renewable energy across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has extensive experience of technical and commercial due diligence, investment origination, feasibility and profitability analysis, as well as setting up investor relationships. Lorenzo holds a MBA in International Business and is a Chemistry graduate from the University of Pisa.
Associate // Oil and Gas Engineering
An aerospace engineer with a Masters of Science degree from the Politecnico University of Milan and former corporate top manager, Antonio has spent almost 25 years in the multidisciplinary engineering business in the oil & gas and petrochemical market. His vast knowledge of the oil&gas world and his experience in managing large project teams and managing international networks of companies and free-lance consultants are of great value in developing both brand new, revamping or decommissioning projects in the oil&gas and energy industry as well as in overseeing complex multidisciplinary projects in any sector.
